In Antiquity, an ephebos was a young person training to become a citizen of the Greek city-state. Our mission is to nurture today’s epheboi, preparing girls and boys to become confident global citizens who will shape a brighter future.

Ephebos is a global education company present in Asia, Europe, and online.

For students aged 8 to 15, we deliver enrichment programmes in Business & Finance and Public Speaking, in partnership with leading international schools.

For schools, investors, and platforms, we provide advisory and leadership development, so institutions perform at the highest standard and expand with confidence.

Why I built Ephebos

I studied business and finance at university, but I wish I had started far earlier. Schools simply don’t teach these skills early enough, and those lost years of understanding money, business, and investing are years of compounding you never get back.

As a father of four, I didn’t want my children to wait that long. I designed these programmes for them: to understand business and finance early, and to express their ideas with clarity and confidence. They worked, and Ephebos now brings that same head start to students everywhere.

But students only thrive in schools that thrive. That’s why Ephebos also works with school leaders and investors on finance, operations, and strategy: stronger schools can invest in their students, teachers, and facilities, delivering a better academic outcome. A virtuous circle.
