Nicolas Labatut
Founder & CEO
With more than 20 years’ experience across the education and tech sectors, Nicolas founded Ephebos to bridge holistic student development and institutional excellence.
Previously, as Regional Finance Director at Nord Anglia Education and a member of the Global Senior Leadership Team, he led rapid expansion in Asia — growing from 8 to 19 schools in four years — with direct responsibility for finance and operations.
Earlier, at Thales, he held executive finance roles in Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Sydney.
Nicolas holds a double Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University.
As a father of four, his mission is to make education a force for global good.

Formerly Marketing Manager at Ephebos, Mingxiu now leads all operations across our Asia centres. She ensures that our flagship programmes (Business & Finance, Public Speaking) run seamlessly, while maintaining learning quality and operational efficiency.

Technology Advisor
Wayne has 18 years of experience in technology, strategy, and operations. He is the official partner of ICDL China for international school market.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Computer Science major (1st Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
